NGP Gaming System is Suite gaming option for Android. Over in Tokyo on Thursday, Sony announced the next-generation PSP system, which they are calling Next Generation Portable (NGP) System. It’s expected near the end of 2011. Four cores of processing goodness, 5” OLED display, and 3G capability. Sounds like fun! NGP Gaming System is Suite gaming option for Android. From the press release, here are some details on features:
Multi-touch 5-inch organic light emitting display (OLED) as the front display
Multi-touch pad on the rear of the device
Dual analog sticks
Two cameras (front and rear)
Software titles on small, dedicated flash memory-based cards
Three motion sensors, gyroscope, accelerometer and electronic compass
Wi-Fi and 3G network connectivity
PlayStation Network access, including ““LiveArea™”, “Near” and “Activity” log features Trophy Support
NGP will be able to play PSP titles, minis, PS one classics, video and comics from the PlayStation Store.

I am intrigued by the touch pad on the back. And of course with two analog sticks, FPS games should be more interesting! I may need to retire my Slim and upgrade! NGP Gaming System is Suite gaming option for Android.
